He tweets about his bakery life, beginning with the new products that he has launched and the feedback that he has received from his regular and floating customers. He is one hundred percent sure that the social media is a very much aspect in the growth of his business. According to the statement issued by him to the media, he is found saying that he will be waiting every day to hear and get feedback from the customers without fail. The customers on the other hand, will tweet or post on his page about the experience they had on his products and on the hospitality shown by him. This in turn, boosts the confidence of Michael and motivates him to work not only for increasing his profit but also for the betterment of the people. The amount of interest created on the social media sounds interesting always. As the world is filled with technology and technological aspects which is spread wide over, every human connects himself with technology in all the possible ways he can. Nevertheless, these social media networks should be used for the betterment of the society. In addition to this, the platform that has been created by the social networks is simply superb and outstanding. It has made the entire world to become a global village.
